Intraoral scans
Your lab can send us your 3shape Trios intraoral scans through 3shape Communicate and then we immediately accept your cases. Alternately, a secured connection can be established via our FTP account from your 3shape to our 3shape inbox. Also, We accepts scans from all the intraoral platforms like Sirona, iTero, Carestream, Planmeca, 3M, Dental Wings and Medit. You can send us your STL files via wetransfer, dropbox or google drive.
Desktop scans
You can scan your plaster models with any dental scanner like 3shape, Dental Wings, imetric, Medit and Smart Optics and send us the STL files including upper and lower models and bite registration. A secured connection can be established via our FTP account from your 3shape to our 3shape inbox, without being necessary to send us the STL files. When you send us your cases, we instantly accept your scans.
Design
Once we have received your files, a specialized team of dental designers performs an evaluation to verify that each case is ready for design. Our 3shape Dental System and exocad DentalCAD enable our experienced dental designers to shape every aspect of a restoration. Our digital design process guarantees the highest accuracy in the final restoration.
Milling
When design finished, we send you back the whole order including the scans and the designed restorations through our 3shape inbox or just the STL files if scans are from 3rd party devices. Our design already includes your desirable milling settings according to your milling machines’ specifications like cement space, drill compensation offset and drill radius. Your restorations are ready for milling. If you do not own a milling machine, we can mill the restorations for you in our high-end machines.
Printing
When design finished, we send you back the whole order including the scans and designed 3d models through 3shape inbox or just the stl files if scans are from 3rd party devices. Our design already has your desirable printing settings according to your 3d printer specifications like die settings, ditching settings and model manufacturing settings. Your 3d models are ready for printing. If you do not own a 3d printer, we can print the restorations or models for you.
